Swimwear is a must, we don't do nude saunas. Bring two towels: one to sit on in the sauna (required for comfort and hygiene) and one to dry off with. We provide drinking water on site but no cups, so bring your own bottle and arrive well hydrated. Flip flops for the outdoor shower are handy but not essential.

Arrive 5 minutes early in your swimwear and follow the signs to the sauna, the team will be on hand to welcome you.
Everyone's experience is different. Listen to your body and go at your own pace. A good starting point is 10–15 minutes in the sauna, then a few minutes cooling down: fresh air, cold shower, or plunge buckets. The sauna runs at 80–90°C.

Yes, three fully private changing cubicles and storage boxes for your belongings. We also have a small seating area to relax before or after your session. In winter, bring extra layers to keep warm after your session.

You can cancel or rebook up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations within that window won't be eligible for a refund.

Yes, parking is free. On arrival, follow the signs to The Hide car park at Houchins Farm.

Yes, a compostable loo sits within 25 yards of the sauna. Rustic, but it does the job.

Community sessions are capped at 8. Private bookings can take up to 10, though 8 is the sweet spot if you want room to breathe.
